Terms and Conditions Delivery and set-up We will only deliver and erect bouncy castles if the weather is deemed to be such that it is safe to do so. We will need CLEAR side or rear access of approx 3ft wide to deliver your bouncy castle. The grass area must be reasonably flat and clear of all objects including garden toys, tools, furniture and preferably children! Bouncy castles can be used on wooden floors in halls but unfortunately we do not hire them out for use on concrete or any type of stone, shingle or sandy areas. Please note that once set-up is complete the safe operation of the bouncy castle becomes YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and the proprietors will not be held responsible or liable for any accidents or injuries however caused. Safe use of the bouncy castle A responsible adult should be on hand at all times to supervise children and keep the front of the bouncy castle clear. All shoes, hard, sharp or dangerous objects must be removed before entering the bouncy castle. Spectacles are best removed. We strongly recommend separate bouncing sessions for different age groups. The safe amount of children on an inflatable at any one time is as follows (please do take into account the size and weight of the children using the castle): - 10' x 10' - maximum 6 children up to 7 years old - 12' x 12' - maximum 6 children up to 12 years old - 15' x 18' = maximum 5 adults. Nobody must be allowed to climb or hang on the walls of the castle or bounce on the front step. If the castle fails for any reason evacuate immediately to prevent injury, switch off castle at the mains, then check the blower tube has not come off or untied, if so, slip tube back on & tie back up, switch back on at the mains. (If this does not work call proprietor). Beware In wet conditions the castle will become very slippery. It is not recommended that electric blowers are used in wet conditions. Never switch the blower on and off while the castle is in use. Check regularly that the castle is still securely pegged down. No food, drink or cigarettes to be taken into the castle. No water, silly string or party poppers to be sprayed or popped in castle. Persons under the influence of drink or drugs should not be allowed to use the equipment. Your liability If the castle is excessively dirty or damaged in any way when collected you as the hirer will be liable and responsible for paying the full cost of repairs and/or cleaning. Invoices for repair or cleaning are payable within 7 days. | ![]() |
